Local to Escambia & Santa Rosa.
Escambia County
Towns in Escambia County.
Pensacola
Old East Hill and North Hill homes sit under century-old live oaks, on tight lots with alley access and plenty of wood fencing. After a storm that means limbs on roofs and in yards, and fence lines down along the back alleys.
Pensacola Beach
On the island, storms leave sand, salt and wind-driven debris on every surface. Rentals and second homes need cleanup handled while the owner is out of town, and access can be limited right after a storm.
Cantonment
North Escambia properties are bigger, with long fence lines, outbuildings and heavy oak and pine cover. After a storm the work is mostly downed trees, piles of yard debris and miles of fence.
Perdido Key
Condo towers, canal homes and vacation rentals between Pensacola and Orange Beach. After a storm owners need turnkey cleanup they can trust from a distance, with photos when it's done.
Santa Rosa County
Towns in Santa Rosa County.
Pace
Pace is home base for WAHOO!. Newer subdivisions with privacy fences, big driveways, screened lanais and tall pines. Storms here bring down pine limbs and fence panels more than anything else.
Navarre
Half-acre lots, pool cages and a big military community. Many families here are new to the area or deployed, so they need one local number to call that gets the right crew out.
Navarre Beach
A quiet barrier-island beach where storm surge, sand and salt hit hardest. High-rise condos and rentals need debris hauled and exteriors brought back fast, often for owners who live out of state.
Milton
The Santa Rosa County seat, with older homes near the Blackwater River and more land as you head out of town. Storms bring river-bottom trees down across yards, fences and driveways.
Gulf Breeze
A waterfront peninsula of docks, seawalls, pool cages and manicured yards. Curb appeal matters here, and storms leave salt film, torn screens and debris along every shoreline.
